Included Modules for the Drupal Core Configuration

We have installed dozens of modules to expand the capacity of the default Drupal configuration.  Every site we host has the following modules configured for easy use.

Module Description
Aggregator Aggregates syndicated content (RSS, RDF, and Atom feeds).
Backup and Migrate Backup or migrate the Drupal Database quickly and without unnecessary data.
Blog Enables keeping easily and regularly updated user web pages or blogs.
Blog API Allows users to post content using applications that support XML-RPC blog APIs.
Book Allows users to collaboratively author a book.
Bookmark Us The Bookmark Us Module allows visitors to quickly and easily bookmark your site, and the current page.
Color Allows the user to change the color scheme of certain themes.
Comment Allows users to comment on and discuss published content.
Contact Enables the use of both personal and site-wide contact forms.
Excerpt Adds a teaser block on every content form to specify what should be shown on the front page instead of full articles.
Event Calendaring module with feautres for repeating events and all day events.  Users can subscribe to published calendars with iCal or Outlook.
Fasttoggle Enables fast toggling of publishing and promoting site content.
Forum Enables threaded discussions about general topics.
Help Manages the display of online help.
Javascript tools Adds cool javascript features like the pop-up calendar in event forms, collapsiblock and activemenu.
Locale Enables the translation of the user interface to languages other than English.
LoginToboggan Improves Drupal's login system allowiwng users to login with their email address.
Menu Allows administrators to customize the site navigation menu.
Notify Enables notifications of new content and comments by e-mail.
Path Allows users to rename URLs.
Pictures Provides a database API for pictures. Allows published or unpublished states of pictures.
Poll Allows your site to capture votes on different topics in the form of multiple choice questions.
Profile Supports configurable user profiles.
Scripturefilter Turns any Scripture reference into a link to one of several online Bibles.
Search Enables site-wide keyword searching.
Search 404 Provides a search form if users go to a page not found.

Sitenotes Enables creating site notes for administrators.
Statistics Logs access statistics for your site.
Tabbed Block Provide tabbing blocks
Taxonomy Enables the categorization of content.
Taxonomy Super Select Changes the default taxonomy select box into checkbox or radio buttons
TinyMCE The most popular WYSIWYG editor for advanced content editing.
Update status Checks to see if your installation of Drupal and its modules are up to date.
Upload Allows users to upload and attach files to content.
